This Privacy Policy explains how Alliance Productions (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information through our websites — allianceproductions.com, salita.pro and credentials.salita.pro — and through the production tools and messaging we use to run our events. Alliance Productions operates all of these and sends every email and text message described below.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact details — name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, and organization or outlet.
- Credential applications — role, media outlet, editor contact, social handles, and a headshot photo.
- Event participation details — for athletes, corners, officials, staff, vendors and guests: travel and lodging details, flight and ground-transport arrangements, legal name and date of birth as required for travel and licensing, and identification documents where a commission or venue requires them.
- Account information — the email address or mobile number used to sign in.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address and browser user agent, when you submit a form, in order to protect against abuse.
How We Use Information
- To plan, staff and operate boxing events and productions.
- To process and review credential applications and issue credentials.
- To arrange travel, lodging and ground transportation for participants.
- To meet athletic-commission, venue, licensing and insurance requirements.
- To send operational messages about events, schedules, travel and credentials.
- To secure our systems and prevent fraud or abuse.
SMS / Text Messaging
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, and are excluded from all other information-sharing described in this policy.
Where you provide a mobile number and consent, Alliance Productions may send text messages relating to your participation in an event — for example one-time sign-in codes, credential status, schedule and call-time changes, and travel or transport details. These are operational messages; we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time — Reply STOP. When you consent, we record the date and time of your consent and the exact wording you agreed to, so we can demonstrate how and when permission was given. When you reply STOP, we record the opt-out and stop sending to that number.
We use third-party communication providers (including Twilio) solely to deliver these messages on our behalf. They process the information only as needed to transmit the message and may not use it for their own marketing.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf — including hosting, database, email and SMS delivery — under obligations to protect it.
- Event partners where necessary to participate — athletic commissions, venues, hotels, airlines and ground-transport operators, broadcasters, and co-promoters, limited to what each needs.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of people at our events.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet commission, tax, insurance and other legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted storage. Identification documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are not publicly accessible. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
- You may opt out of text messages at any time — Reply STOP.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- Participants with portal access can review and update their own contact and travel details directly.

Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed to event professionals and participants and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where a minor participates in an event, information is provided and managed by a parent, guardian or authorized representative.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
